This is seriously the easiest and quickest snack around, and most of this can just be the base for whatever you want to add to the mix. The most time-consuming part of this is slicing the avocado, which is also pretty easy! I just topped the avocado with some Celtic sea salt and pepper and placed it on a slice of toasted gluten-free bread. The crackers and hummus are gluten-free and store-bought, but you could make hummus from scratch if you have some extra time.
