I love all types of melon, but honeydew is one of my favorites because it’s so hydrating. I love adding it to smoothies because it adds a ton of potassium and vitamin c, plus a nice and mild sweetness. Melons are also really easy to combine with other fruit, and I added the kiwi for some texture and sweetness. This is a great smoothie for after workouts when you need something light and refreshing that will also be hydrating.
- 1/2 of a small honeydew melon, cut in small chunks
- 1 kiwi, peeled
- splash of almond milk
- 5 ice cubes
Add the honeydew, kiwi, ice cubes and almond milk to a blender and blend until desired consistency. Easy!
