I thought for today’s foodie Friday, I would show some of my meals from this week.
Avocado toast two ways
A slightly modified version of the sweet potato chickpea buddha bowl from Minimalist Baker. The maple tahini dressing is incredible!
Blueberry hemp smoothies with apricots and strawberries
Family lunch at Chipotle. Luna loves veggie tacos! I got a veggie salad bowl.
Beautiful soy vanilla latte from Mark’s Kitchen. We had a family brunch outing and I had avocado toast (surprise surprise).
My first attempt at making a raw vegan dessert. The crust is made of raw cashews and dates and the filling is frozen strawberries and bananas. It was really easy, but I’m going to try to make something a little more complicated next time.
Some more avocado toast and 7 nut butter with banana coins and raw cacao nibs!
