Do you know what is extremely frustrating? I felt like I was kicking ass with taking care of myself and my health, and then all of a sudden I get hit with pink eye, then a canker sore, and now eczema on my eyelids. WTF? I’m almost positive that it’s stress related, but it could also be related to my diet lately. I’ve been eating more gluten and sugar again, so I’m curious to see if I limit it whether or not my body will calm down a little bit.
Foods that I’ll be eating more regularly:
- Coconut oil: anti-fungal
- Garlic and Onion: anti-fungal
- Raw apple cider vinegar
- Omega 3’s
I’ll have to take a break from the love of my life: sugar. This is going to be difficult, but I’ve known for a while that my sugar intake is insane. I eat chocolate every single day (heaven). I hope that I can survive…
