There’s a green smoothie that I love to get at a local coffee and juice bar that is called “The Hulk”, but I figured I would just start making it myself since it’s incredibly easy. Make sure that you have a ripe avocado on hand for this one! This little green smoothie gives you healthy fats, protein, potassium, fiber and omega-3 fatty acids. This is perfect for an after exercise energy boost, or as a breakfast smoothie to get a jolt of nutrition in the morning.
