I know that it’s getting colder outside, but I still want to eat ice cream every day. I should probably invest in an ice cream maker, but it’s way more fun to make ice cream with different ingredients to see how it comes out. This time around I attempted a no churn, vegan mint chocolate ice cream that I topped with some vegan marshmallows, melted carob chips and shredded coconut.
It’s my 6 year wedding anniversary with Fred and we spent the morning getting tattoos and spending some time alone. We have the next four days off from work together, and this has already been a great start to a long weekend with each other and the kids. I can’t wait to show Luna my tattoo and see what she thinks.
