Let’s talk about breakfast – probably my favorite meal of the day! I made a round-up of six easy vegan breakfast ideas for those that want to change-up their morning routine and try something new. These are mostly on the sweet side through fruits and maple syrup. I prefer smoothies and portable breakfasts that I can take with me in the car to work or eat while juggling the kids. Plus, I like the convenience of something that can be made the night before.
